You receive payments instantly and securely to your own account.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. Tik takes 0%. Only Stripe’s standard processing fee applies. What you earn is entirely yours. ■

What kind of products can I sell?

You can sell any type of digital content, such as PDFs, e‑books, photos, videos, music, code, templates, licenses, or other creative assets. Files are delivered automatically after payment.

You can also sell commissioned works, tickets for small concerts or events, or accept donations.

If you do not provide a downloadable file, it is your responsibility to follow up with your customer. ■

Do I need to install anything?

No installation or app required. Tik works entirely in the browser and on mobile devices. ■

Can I customize my store page?

Yes. You can upload your logo, choose colors, write your bio, and manage products from a simple dashboard — no coding required. ■

How do customers get their downloads?

Right after payment, buyers receive an email confirmation from Stripe and are automatically redirected to a secure download link.

Files must be hosted on a server of your choice (your own website, Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.).

You can either set the download file URL in the “Success URL” field of your Stripe Payment Link, or let Tik handle this automatically while collecting some analytics data about your product. ■

Can I sell subscriptions or recurring items?

Currently Tik supports one-time purchases through Stripe Payment Links. Subscription features are planned for a future update. ■

Can I use Tik to collect donations?

Yes. You can create a product page for a donation, cause or contribution and set any amount you wish directly in your Stripe Payment Link.

Tik charges no fees, so you receive the full amount through Stripe.

Can I use Tik to sell tickets?

Yes. You can sell digital or event tickets directly through Tik.

You can also set a maximum number of tickets to be sold.

Simply upload your ticket file or confirmation PDF — delivery is automatic after payment.

If you do not provide any downloadable or printable file, Tik will redirect the buyer to a generic thank-you page.

Please note that Tik is not responsible for any over-sales or over-bookings that may occur. ■

Can I set a product on Tik to go out of stock after X sales?

Yes. When creating your product, you can set a maximum number of sales.

Once that limit is reached, the product automatically becomes unavailable.

Sure! Tik takes no fees, so you receive 100% of every tip through your own Stripe account.

1. In your Stripe Dashboard, create a Payment Link for a “donation” or “tip.”

Set a minimum, a suggested, and a maximum amount in your preferred currency.

2. Copy that Stripe Payment Link and paste it into Tik to generate a short Tik link — for example: tik.onl/3456

3. Add a short message like: “I hope you enjoyed the service!”

4. In your Tik settings, set the thank-you page for this link to: `tik.onl/my/thanks`

Now you have a simple, elegant link you can print on your bill, write on a napkin, or even say aloud to your customers.

What is "Immediately Redirect Customers to Stripe Payment Link"?

For some products or services — especially real-world tips or quick donations where the context is already clear — you may want customers to go directly to your Stripe Payment Link, skipping the standard Tik product page.

Example:
Visiting tik.onl/1234 will take the customer straight to the Stripe payment page. ■

Does Tik donate to charity?

Yes. Tik allocates 1% of its revenue to Stripe Climate through MAVILIO Corporation Japan, supporting permanent carbon removal projects for a cleaner planet. ■
