1. What Tik.onl Is

Tik.onl (“Tik”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is a digital microstore platform where independent creators and small businesses can share links to their own products and payment pages.

Tik is not a store, marketplace, or payment processor.

All purchases and payments happen directly between you (the buyer) and the seller through Stripe.

2. Your Purchase

When you buy something on Tik:

- You are redirected to the seller’s official Stripe Payment Link to complete payment.
- Tik does not handle or record your payment information.

After payment, Stripe redirects you back to Tik, which simply displays the download or access link provided by the seller.

If something goes wrong with your order (missing file, wrong link, refund request, etc.), please contact the seller directly.

Tik cannot process refunds or mediate disputes.

3. Responsibility of Sellers

Each seller is fully responsible for:

- The product or file they provide;
- The accuracy of their links and descriptions;
- Any after-sale support or refund.

Tik does not verify or moderate product content before publication.

If you find something illegal or abusive, please report it to abuse@tik.onl.

4. Your Data

Tik does not collect personal data about buyers other than basic technical logs for site security and statistics.

All payment data is processed securely by Stripe, under their own privacy policy.

Tik never receives your card details or personal payment information.

5. Fair Use and Behavior

You agree to use Tik only for legitimate purchases and not to exploit, hack, or misuse the service.

Tik may block abusive users or links at its discretion.

6. Disclaimer

Tik is a referral platform provided “as is”.

We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or availability of any product.

Your purchase is a direct transaction with the seller.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and any disputes shall be handled by the courts of Sapporo, Japan.
